WORKOUT

Our Workouts Of the Day (WODs) incorporate constantly-varied, functional fitness that can be scaled to suit all levels of experience and fitness. Our team have designed the programme using the very best facilities at our home gym, Glevum Fitness. A CrossFit affiliate since 2011, Glevum offers the very best in facilities and coaching. Our varied and extensive programming combines multiple disciplines of metabolic condition gymnastics, Olympic lifting and is perfect for athletes from all training backgrounds.

 

WATER

Test your paddling skills and endurance aboard both Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP) and kayaks as we complete a range of challenges on a beautiful stretch of the Gloucester -Sharpness canal between Saul Junction and Gloucester. WOD Weekends Paddling Coach, Former GB canoeist Mike Simms, has the knowledge, capacity and desire to provide an excellent and unique paddling experience.

 

RUN

World renowned as the ‘Cheese-Rolling’ Hill – our Cotswold Trail Time Trial takes us to the very top of the now-famous Coopers Hill. The top of Coopers Hill, 275 metres up is reached by a steady climb over a 3km run from nearby Coopers Edge, but it’s the gentle descent through the stunning bluebell woods that really complete the experience. Don’t forget that selfie at the top!
