The village features a well-stocked shop and a great pub (The Black Horse) and is close to the market towns of Wotton under Edge, Nailsworth, Tetbury and Stroud as well as Dursley. It is also within easy reach of Cheltenham, Bath and Cirencester.

The accommodation:
- Six good sized bedrooms. Rooms have ‘zip and link’ mattresses so can be configured as a large double or two singles.
- Large, sit-in kitchen with a well stocked pantry. Range induction oven/hob. Large fridge freezer with small back up fridge in utility.
- Extremely spacious but equally cosy 40′ room with dining table seating up to 16 people. Large wood burner, TV and comfortable sofas and armchairs.
- Very large sitting room with two sofas and armchairs. Wood burner, TV with Freeview.
- Hot tub and barbecue. Large garden with outdoor seating.
- WiFi throughout the house. Emergency landline phone.
- Two games rooms with snooker/pool table, table football, magnetic darts, table tennis table (for outside use, weather permitting).
- Central heating throughout the house. Wood burners in the sitting room and dining room.
- Full linen service. White bath towels and hand towels supplied per person.
- One large, main bath/shower/WC room. Two en suite bathrooms with shower/WC. Downstairs WC.
- Outdoor games rooms. Board games and DVDs. Large garden. Ample parking for five/six cars.
